總統當選人蔡英文今天將就職，雖然歐美股市19日都收黑，但台股開盤仍奮力以小紅、約上漲18點開出，而後走低，台股早盤上漲主要是台積電等權值股帶動。截至10:45，加權指數漲46點。

總統蔡英文11點10分將就職演說，正逢股市交易時間，市場擔憂會產生「520魔咒」，對此，新政府財政部政次兼國安基金操盤手蘇建榮表示，國安基金已做好萬全準備，隨時觀測市場動向。

美股表現方面，道瓊工業指數終場下跌91.22點或0.52%，收在17435.40點。標準普爾500指數下跌7.59點收在2040.04點；那斯達克指數下跌26.59點收在4712.53點。

法蘭克福股市DAX 30指屏東房屋貸款 數下跌1.48%，收在9795.89點；巴黎股市CAC 40指數下跌0.85%收在4282.54點。
